(i) Convening and managing the conduct of the meetings of the company, the Board of Directors ( or the Board of Governors) and its committees in line with statutory and regulatory requirements/ providing necessary secretarial services in respect of these meetings.
(ii) Carrying out all administrative services and secretarial duties as directed by the Directors of the company.
